Our "garden" will be even smaller – and I am grateful for that. I need a raised bed, space for my tomatoes, and a nice terrace. Everything else is just more work. We are both employed and happy when we don't have more tasks to do. What doesn't become a terrace, raised bed, or tomato bed for us either gets lava gravel and perennials or low-maintenance, walkable ground cover, and that's it.
