The shell construction is now sealed, rough plumbing installation will continue until Tuesday. Electrical work is also supposed to follow. After that, the sanitary pre-wall will be built with gas concrete blocks.

Here are a few photos; hallway window, guest bathroom, kitchen, bathroom.

I want to ventilate continuously this week, so all upper floor windows tilted and basement windows fully open, is there any objection?

By the way, my neighbor has been ventilating his screed since midweek. Almost all windows fully open from morning till evening. I’m curious about the result!

Uh, ... suffering the rest of the construction phases with window and windowsill uncovered?

Why uncovered? The plastering trade hasn’t started yet, so nothing can get scratched. It’s not cheap artificial stone either. Of course, it will be masked during the interior plastering. Besides, the windowsill will be plastered in. Try that afterwards.

Yeah, totally normal! Window sills are visually definitely a tough sell, you have to like it. Otherwise, with facing bricks on exterior walls before the interior plaster, remember that it restricts airtightness. Either plaster the spot beforehand or seal it with something else.

Which humidity? Please explain!
Wouldn't it actually be irrelevant whether the facing wall is plastered or not, right?

Otherwise, this is one of the most sold natural stones for interior window sills
