Small update: After a long wait, our door has now been manufactured, delivered, and installed. The construction site is slowly coming to an end...

Hello,
very beautiful winter pictures. We don't have that much snow, but it's enough to make the photovoltaic modules useless...
After endless searching, we have now also found a suitable mirror model - with integrated light, which is actually bright enough and does not just diffusely illuminate the room, as well as a possibility for dimming and setting the color temperature. Test order successful, the two other missing identical mirrors can come.

How nice that this favorite thread is moving forward a bit!Hello we are looking for exactly such a mirror Where did you get it from? We would be happy about an answer
That looks quite friendly, but this homemade construction ...The fence element is intended as a small protection for the slats, [...] not against deliberate destruction, but against the occasional carelessness.
... inspires more confidence in significant wind resistance for me.and another look at the heat pump cover. Somehow looks more "proper" than when it was still open on the side.
That may be. In case you can't see it in the picture: the element is screwed onto the front of the wall. But more importantly: almost no wind reaches that spot. The wind would have to come exactly from the south or north to cause problems there. All usual wind directions with west in the name are blocked by the house.. I have more trust in significant wind resistance.
