Did those parts come ready-made or where did you buy them?

They’re not available finished.
I assemble something like this myself. The metal parts are partly semi-finished products for boat railings (what is the plural there called?). For example, you can get them from the company Hörr-Edelstahl.
No rocket science, but it took me a while to figure out how to design the details.
