I have to admit that with us the development plan specifies red [emoji41]. But we would have chosen red anyway, even if we hadn't had to. I find the color so beautifully classic here and it will definitely look very very nice with a white house and a front garden full of perennials [emoji7][emoji7]. However, I had thought the red was a bit darker. But this way it’s okay too.

For the roof, nothing is specified in our area. Out of about 60 houses, there is _one_ house that has a red roof.

With us, it's the other way around: the development plan also requires red, we would prefer anthracite. White facade and red roof - okay. White facade, RAL7016 windows and red roof, however, in my opinion, just doesn't work - somehow it always reminds me of blonde-dyed hair with dark/black eyebrows... [emoji23] but since we will have an inwardly lying roof, i.e. the color won't be visible from the side, it's not so bad...

So the dark hair roots camouflaged with a cap... I wonder if that helps [emoji23]

There are exactly two houses with red roofs here. Ours and one more. Otherwise, everything is anthracite. Honestly, I used to think anthracite was a good alternative. but now, this uniformity. I don't like it. If there were more mixing, it would be more visually appealing. There are many white or light yellow facades where red fits well. The light brick red also goes well with deep red clinker.

Unfortunately, we also had to choose a red roof and have anthracite-colored windows. I think it fits well, but our roof is also very dark red-brown (Nelskamp burgundy red).

I also find anthracite roofs much nicer and I would not care at all if dozens of other houses nearby have the same color. I'm even glad if it doesn’t get too colorful! The uniform color "red" existed too and why not anthracite if you like it much better?
