Progress is being made with the interior plaster. Since we talked about the flush skirting boards, here is a picture. The plasterer has now installed a plaster rebate, exactly at a height of 8cm above the screed, so that the skirting board fits nicely underneath.
For this, it costs us 2.50 net per meter, so roughly 700€ in total.
By the way, the screed is not really affected by the subsequent plastering. But I have the feeling that my craftsmen generally work very cleanly.
I find a fair price. What I do find difficult to imagine, however, is that if the plaster is not perfectly straight, it could look wavy at the transition.
That is why I stuck a strip of plaster on the wall before cleaning. After the screed was in, I went around the whole house with my moldings and marked the finished baseboard heights, installed a finishing profile, and plastered the gap. This way, it is everywhere at the same distance from the screed or finished floor.
