The fact that with daylight saving time in winter it only gets light around 10:00/10:30 in the morning and that is terrible for everyone who has to go out and work, not to mention the students. Natural light controls the sleep-wake rhythm. You need the light in the morning to wake up and you don't need it in the evening because then you can't find rest.

is that what the municipality wants? Like DDR panel buildings but only on 2 levels, no one dares to choose a different house color

just as a comparison to the picture I posted earlier

I have no idea what you are referring to, but the picture/photo/video has very little to do with panel buildings. Here, instead of semi-detached houses, one or two rows of terraced houses would probably be more appropriate, but I bet that no buyer would have been found then either, because terraced houses are not considered adequate, respectable, or appealing.

That is probably an extreme example of a housing development put up by the developer.
