Why didn't you center the rear window on the wall?
We couldn’t move the window further to the right (viewed from inside) because we needed a support beam for the load-bearing wall on the upper floor - exactly where the window ends. Moving it inward on the left was also not an option because that would have ruined the exterior appearance. You can clearly see in the photo that it aligns with the upper floor. Sometimes you just have to swallow a toad But at least the coffee machine found its place this way.
The photo also explains my nickname, I think

Our kitchen is also without hanging shelves, we keep the everyday glasses in a drawer under the oven. Right next to the fridge.
The cups are in the drawer next to it.
Wine and champagne glasses are on the shelf above.
It has proven effective.
