Or something like that. We were recommended 2 heating circuits. But we will make the final decision when we plan the heating. For now, the base slab needs to be done first. But thanks for the tip; noted!

Unfortunately not, we decided on tiles in a light concrete look. I also like wooden floors very much, but I didn't feel like having to change the floor with the underfloor heating after 10-15 years. It cannot be denied that wood moves due to heating processes that drive out moisture. And tiles can also appear warm and subtle. Wooden furniture as well as a wooden staircase fit excellently with that. In summer, the tiles may also be somewhat cool, which I find has a cooling effect.

Because individual room control is complete nonsense and an energetic disaster. Two separate heating circuits for the bathroom and the rest make much more sense!

With individual room control, you are constantly driving with the handbrake on, especially when heating with a heat pump. A heat pump with good hydraulic balancing and properly adjusted does not need IRC and runs all year round (also in the transitional months) at the optimal performance point and does the rest by itself....

If you then have the luxury of two separate heating circuits, you can run the bathroom with a slightly increased flow temperature.....or also heat a bit in summer, depending on the weather, of course.

Or you make the heating coils in the bathroom closer together and add wall heating. Then the increased heat demand is also met.

Nowadays, everyone still actually does ERT. Whether it is correct, I do not know.

Hello everyone,

a quick question, has anyone of you roofed with Braas Steingrau (RAL 7930) and can post photos here? Which window color did you choose? RAL 7030 or 7040 etc.?

The background is that compliance with the development plan is controlled by the mayor without any possibility of deviation. My neighbor is now not allowed to use the delivered RAL 7016 tiles (although the RAL 7016 windows are already installed) and I am looking for a window color that matches the roof.

Yes, because according to the Energy Saving Ordinance it is mandatory and it is difficult to get exempted from it... but luckily you can simply unscrew the actuators...

By the way, we had the heating loops laid closer together in the bathrooms, at 5cm spacing... you really noticed that with screed heating, one flow temperature for everything, but in the bathrooms it felt like it was twice as hot...
