Can someone tell me what the 2 heating circuits are needed for? We have individual room control, so you can always keep the bathroom running and just turn off the rest where there is parquet....
Because individual room control is complete nonsense and an energetic disaster. Two separate heating circuits for the bathroom and the rest make much more sense!
With individual room control, you are constantly driving with the handbrake on, especially when heating with a heat pump. A heat pump with good hydraulic balancing and properly adjusted does not need IRC and runs all year round (also in the transitional months) at the optimal performance point and does the rest by itself....
If you then have the luxury of two separate heating circuits, you can run the bathroom with a slightly increased flow temperature.....or also heat a bit in summer, depending on the weather, of course.
