King Song What exactly did you request and verify yourself? I am curious, we are just getting started and I don’t come up with the idea to question things I’m not familiar with. But I find it interesting

Is this common practice? We received everything, a complete box of structural documents, all detailed plans (sanitation, electrical, etc.). Why don’t they release it?

I find it normal to build large on the ground floor with a staggered floor. The upper floor may then only occupy 2/3 of the area and should still function. We also spread out quite a bit on the ground floor, otherwise it would not have been possible to accommodate all the children's rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, and staircase upstairs. This cannot be compared with a normal two-story construction.

In my opinion, this was a "we don’t need detailed drawings" issue for the general contractor.

That was good. What do you call the things you do question then?

I had thought there were only ceiling outlets. By the time I noticed that it was different in our case, it was too late. It never occurred to me before that ventilation systems could have anything other than ceiling outlets, as I know them.

On the other hand, even now I can't say that I see a problem with the furnishing because of it.

What does a heating load calculation tell me, and where could the advantage be in questioning something like that? (honest question) I thought this is all standard
