Almost, so far just the two of us and right next to us there are still single lots available on each side.

On Thursday the ground floor ceiling was poured and on Friday work continued directly with the upper floor. The topping-out ceremony is planned for 18.06.

...Can't upload pictures....

We are currently still deciding which color and wood to use for the eaves box, the carpenter wants a decision by Monday, we are leaning towards white 3-layer panels.

Do you have any tips on this?

I can neither agree nor disagree: "three-layer panel" gives me no idea of the texture, and in your pictures I last saw bare porous bricks, i.e. the facade and the roof covering are unknown to me. Basically, it is important to me that it looks designed and not just covered. Facade, window frames, roof covering, and cornice boxes are four elements that, in my opinion, should have only three coordinated colors together. But in individual cases, this does not necessarily have to be the (only) "right" solution.

First, the sunshade was temporarily fixed, now it's just pouring..
there won't be anything done today like this..

I will have to reseed the freshly sown lawn as well. It's currently floating away.

I sowed the lawn in front of the terrace just 4 weeks ago. You could already play football there

Would you show me a picture of the terrace from directly in front? We would also like to cover part of the terrace.
