This is the central location for all blinds and roller shutters throughout the living area plus 1 switch and 1 socket for symmetry

In the pictures, the fireplace looks somewhat out of place and very close to the kitchen, wasn't there a more reasonable spot?
Otherwise, 8.7kw is a lot and can cause problems with the energy saving ordinance for houses. I hope you have properly installed heat storage in that thing and haven't skimped on it, otherwise the stove definitely won't work.

A fireplace is a fireplace and not the main heating. There is enough square meters to occasionally run the fireplace.
The floor plan is known here. Virtually suggest a new alternative location without changing the floor plan!
