That may be. In case you can't see it in the picture: the element is screwed onto the front of the wall. But more importantly: almost no wind reaches that spot. The wind would have to come exactly from the south or north to cause problems there. All usual wind directions with west in their name are blocked by the house.
It still won’t hold if gusts of 80, 90 km/h really hit it. Main wind direction doesn’t mean that wind or a storm can never come directly from the north or south. If that thing flies down the street and dents 5, 7, 10 cars along the way, you will remember these words...
in spring we also devoted ourselves to the garden and planted the missing beds and slopes. The children are already making extensive use of their garden access.
The hydrangeas are blooming nicely, unfortunately the growth of the grasses is still a bit slow... However, the children's strawberries on the small wall are sprouting unstoppable. In a few weeks, we will probably be able to harvest the first crop.

So we have been living here for several years already and until recently there were flower pots completely unsecured on the wall, yet they never fell down or shifted even once. Also our neighbor, who has been living here for almost 60 years and whose car or house (as the only one) could be affected in case of doubt, was present when we installed the whole thing and did not express a word of concern. It is actually usually completely windless there.
if I say that we wouldn't have done the project in this form,
thoughtful... what I notice about your project is that there is a lot of imagination and "creative power" in it. That would probably have become visible with any other approach as well. Well done! (also, already, before it is completely finished)
