With us, the construction is in the final stages.
The plastering work in the bathrooms has been completed and just needs to dry (which is why it is still a bit darker in some places).
Furthermore, the outdoor facilities will be finished next week except for the sieving of the topsoil, sowing of the lawn, and fence installation.
The photovoltaic system is running and may once again indirectly finance the heating of the screed, as the floor installer found that the residual moisture is still too high (0.5% instead of 0.3%).
For those wondering how the bathrooms could be plastered when <0.3% residual moisture was also required there:
A fast-drying turbo calcium sulfate screed was installed there.

Next week, the electrical and sanitary installations will also be completed, including the installation of the heating.
Our general contractor prefers to install this only at the end on the final floor.

Attached are a few impressions:

Congratulations! It looks very nice. We are starting construction next month and have also planned a broom finish plaster combined with black windows ;) Question for you: If I saw correctly, you have a black sectional door on the garage. Right? If so, can you tell me the manufacturer? I can’t find any garage supplier with black doors... Also - is there a "strength specification" for the broom finish? Thanks to you

Is it just my impression or are those extremely thin walls? They look like a maximum thickness of 11.5 cm.

Correct, the garage doors are also black. The entire garage is from Zapf, while the doors and the drive unit are from Hörmann.

To my knowledge, there is no such general specification for the broom finish. We had three sample boards made by the plasterer and then chose the medium variant. The lightest version would hardly have been visible, and the strongest one could have probably caused problems with moss growth on the facade, as the water would not drain properly.

Depends on which wall you look at. Most were made with 36.5 cm bricks (especially the exterior walls). The interior walls (like in the bathroom picture) are actually partly made in 11.5 cm and 17.5 cm.

But make sure with black that it does not warp, etc. I hardly know any neighbor who does not curse their anthracite-colored/black garage door … the alignment is certainly important.

Valid point. Our garage faces north, so it is not a problem for us.
