With us, the civil engineer actually started about 2 weeks later than originally announced, but he really couldn't do anything about that. At the construction site that was supposed to be completed before ours, there were problems with the water/sewage connections due to incorrect plans, so it took significantly longer than expected there. Otherwise, we were very satisfied with the civil engineer.

In the meantime, I had doubts about whether the large tiles could be laid neatly. Now the tiler started today, and I am already quite overwhelmed. He started just before 8 o'clock, and when I arrived at the construction site at 8:10 p.m., he was just cleaning up and tidying. Amazing

Did one person lay those alone? Here they always say tiles over 60x60 need two people...

120x60cm wall tiles were laid by one person. Certainly no speed record was set, but it worked.

Currently, we are also a lone fighter. But it certainly is not fun, because a tile weighs over 16kg.

"In the meantime, I began to have doubts about whether the large tiles could be laid neatly." With a leveling system like yours, it is easier the larger the tiles are. The only problem with large tiles is getting the cutouts neat.
