I cannot say that in general terms, as we explicitly included earthworks according to the soil report in the scope of work and agreed on a fixed price for the entire project.

However, I still have the offer price from a general contractor who quoted around €30,000 for earthworks + soil disposal. But since we are now building with a proper construction company that also does the civil engineering themselves, it is cheaper (I also see that in the final price).

With us, the shell of the building is now finished, and I finally have some time to post a few pictures here
It will be a 2.5-story flat roof house with a recessed top floor & roof terrace on top, plus a 6x9m double garage, without a basement. Living area approx. 240 sqm.
The recessed top floor was built from a timber frame for structural reasons and was erected last week, the rest is 36.5 Poroton T7 (filled with perlite).

From above, there is a nice view, it is located somewhat on a slope and almost at the highest point in the village.





The interior photo shows the open kitchen with dining room (36 sqm), looking past the staircase to the living room. 5m window front on the right side, where soon a large sliding door will be installed.



And here is a somewhat older picture looking from the back at the kitchen/dining room on the left and the living room on the right. Still with the crane and without the recessed top floor.

Are there any floor plans to see anywhere?

Very nice, I like it very much, it will surely become interesting. Looking forward to the further construction progress! Finally another flat roof builder here
