What is the height difference between the embankment and the terrain at your place?

The terrain is on a slope and the house was "built into" the slope. It rises about 3 meters from right to left. The garden is designed so that we get a reasonably level garden, we have leveled it on the sides and at the back. At the front, due to the second entrance at the bottom right, we didn't want to and were not allowed to do that. We have to provide a total of 3 parking spaces.

No, nothing more is coming, we already had the pool outside for over a year, and it's just not so pleasant in winter to go to the pool in a bathrobe, especially with slushy snow etc. or when it's drizzling or raining... That's why we have the large SHT in front of the pool and in front of that the 2.20m balcony, so that you get a bit of an outdoor feeling.

Especially in Iceland, I have come to appreciate and love sitting outside in the pool in snow and ice.
