Admit it, you bribed the craftsmen or threatened them with violence somehow. Otherwise, it doesn't usually go this fast anywhere.

Bribery is of course completely out of the question for me. I am simply on the construction site every day, always friendly, and if something doesn’t work as it should, I politely point out the mistake. After all, we all make more or less many mistakes.
I have the mobile number of my architect and site manager. If there is anything, we resolve it quickly and he takes care of it. The managing director of the company we commissioned still answers the phone himself and if he is not available, he calls me back in the shortest time.
It would certainly be wonderful if everything went that well everywhere.
