Why is the scaffolding being taken down when the work on the dormer and facade is not yet finished? How will the next trades proceed? Do you know that?

Not really. I think it will be put up again for plastering.

Some things on a construction site just don't need to be understood...

they'd rather pay twice for setup and dismantling instead of working together... it's exactly the same with us...

but of course it's nice for you! We were very happy when our scaffold was finally gone.

Our contractor, however, works very efficiently and quickly. I rather think that this way he can save a few euros on rent and later on plastering only installs a reduced version. So it does make sense why it's gone.

Rent costs almost nothing, but setup and teardown do.
