Honestly, that wasn’t planned either. My construction coordinator said it’s a wonderful personal contribution and that we could do it ourselves since the screed isn’t coming until April 9th. How much effort it is, he kept quiet about :-p. I’m curious whether and by how much it will show on the invoice. Does anyone have a guess?
