Well, that would already be north northwest anyway, but since I don't have a photovoltaic system, it is manageable.

The spruces already look ragged. But the deciduous tree will stay, right?
Still, I liked it on the spot.

Unfortunately, the deciduous tree, also called pear, no longer stands on my property. Otherwise, it would have long since gone over the Jordan.

My property actually only goes up to the last spruce. Pretty clearly visible in the second to last picture. But I am currently negotiating with the municipality to buy another 5 meters. Then I will be about 1 meter in front of the mentioned pear.

However, the municipality is asking 14€ per sqm for that. I think that’s really usury. .

14 is really bordering on usury, but 13 would be acceptable

Well, if you consider that I paid 7€ for the plot. Then 14€ really borders on usury. The almost 220sqm are almost as expensive with surveying as the 913sqm we already have.
