After a long and rocky road, things are finally moving forward for us and the excavator is rolling. That’s why I want to let you be a part of it, even though we hadn’t published the new plan here anymore. If anyone can still remember our old thread: We are now in litigation with the architectural firm. Nevertheless, we are happy that we were able to make a fresh start and not remain stuck with a ruin.

The plot is about 1200m² in size and, except for the construction pit and the setback area to the road, almost entirely covered with excavated soil. Absolutely crazy how much loosened earth there is. I hope we can use a significant amount of it for filling and on the property, otherwise it will get expensive.

The windows are currently being installed. We are already impressed with the workmanship.

I would prohibit such a shrill sign on the frame.

: The window in picture 2 seems to be on the upper floor. May I ask how you will clean the left fixed element from the outside? We also decided on Internorm and likewise with an asymmetrical division & aluminum cladding. However, they will only be installed in a few weeks... On the ground floor and basement level, we also chose some (partially) fixed glazing.
