After 9 working days of shell construction, this is what it looks like for us...

Today (10th working day) the scaffolding was put up on the house.
Next Monday, the ceiling will be installed.

Unfortunately, there seems to have been a production defect with the corner stones (solid stones) of the window sills. The stones are much redder than the clinker.
Our shell builder has already reported this to Röben and they will be replaced.

We actually wanted the normal Brighton. The coal version was a "mistake." But now we even like it better! Lucky!

Yes, the house will be plastered afterwards. The grouting will be done by another company. We will have dark grouting done. The house will be plastered completely white on top.

Dark grout with dark brick (or facing brick in our case) looks very good. We are very happy with the choice.

Can you please show a picture? I am concerned that it might look overwhelming with that combination... but I have thought about it myself before.

I have attached a few pictures. (Oh yes, roof tiles have been on since Monday...) The joints were filled with grout, so it is directly the final joint color. And we have a facing brick or handmade brick, not a clinker.
