I would ask the electrician not to run the cables across the door opening (picture 3). The installation zones require a distance of 20 cm from the wall and 15 cm from the reveals when laying on the floor for a reason. In theory, the substructure is weakened here, and since joints in the screed are often planned in this area, you might end up with a heavily loaded screed edge piece with a weakened substructure exactly at this spot.

I'm not a fan of drywall in masonry houses. But every time I see a vapor barrier, I have to think of my parents. In their semi-detached house, they simply cut into the vapor barrier (made circular holes) to install the ceiling spots in the bedrooms and the bathroom. Now that I know what that thing is for, I would have said something. But 20 years ago it didn't matter anyway, everything was not as tight as it is today.

In principle, I'm not really a fan of drywall either. I grew up in a timber-framed house with drywall walls.

But with the ceiling on the upper floor, I don't see it as that tragic. Besides, you can quite easily install spots on the upper floor this way, of course without damaging the vapor barrier.

I am also just an amateur and am not so familiar with the relevant DIN standards that I could recite them, but the laying zones derived from them naturally prohibit cable installation directly at the edge. I would "practically" overlook this in the case of a single cable (there is also the edge insulation strip directly above), but not with such a bundle. I also had this discussion with my electrician - of course, there was initially a "We've always done it this way," but it was then corrected without any problems after a brief consultation of the DIN.

So, we have some new photos from us again. The flooring is now 95% installed, the walls are painted, lighting is installed inside and outside, stair lighting, railings, interior doors, the dressing room is finished, so we can already move the first things in.
