Here is our floor, which is installed throughout the entire upper floor (except in the bathroom) and in the living-dining room (or mostly already is). Unfortunately, my camera is not very good with colors. It is a warm brown.

We initially wanted to lay it continuously but then had concerns that something might lift or similar, and the hallway was also supposed to be laid differently in terms of direction... so now all door areas get strips.
