Location, location still counts. For us, m2 around 800 euros, but the house is then worth a million and can be sold with a snap of the fingers in case of emergency..
That is certainly true. For this reason, it was also not always easy to find a bank to finance this project.
For example, we had to raise 100k€ from the Investment Bank of Saxony-Anhalt because the main bank only wanted to finance a certain part.
