That is certainly true. For this reason, it was also not always easy to find a bank to finance this project.

For example, we had to raise 100k€ from the Investment Bank of Saxony-Anhalt because the main bank only wanted to finance a certain part.

In Magdeburg, prices are also rising by now, and in the outskirts that are just being developed, you already pay nearly 200€ per sqm. And I am simply not willing to pay that.

But everyone as they need and like it. We’re just lucky to earn above average for this region to be able to afford this place at all.

We even had problems with that ourselves and established an expensive 33 Euro. We are not a backwater. We actually have everything you need

Same here.
The bank valued the property about 100,000 EUR lower than my costs.

I am curious how long this hype about ownership will continue.

In our region, people are searching for houses on eBay Classifieds and offering high broker commissions in the hope of getting houses (without the realtor).

In our area, there were over 100 interested parties for 25 plots of land.

And we have comparatively low wages and zero industry.
( but the Baltic Sea right on the doorstep)

7,- /sqm in the Börde. That is roughly the farmland price there. It is some of the best soil for grain that Germany has. I am taking 10 million sqm, otherwise the autonomous GPS tractor is not worth it. Plowing in rows of five. cool. Karsten
