Yes, that's how I have it in mind too. However, the plan explicitly states electrical, but that doesn’t mean much with my architect.

Hello Yvonne, we had the plaster painted directly, so without fleece or wallpaper. To keep everything as breathable as possible, we chose silicate paint from Brillux (Interior paint ELF1806). We had the shades mixed. The Brillux color designer helped us a lot with the choice of color. However, I used one of the house exterior views as a template here. The predefined interior spaces somehow did not represent the shades so well. Additionally, I had Brillux send me color swatch cards in A4 format for a small price. That way we were on the safe side. By the way, this is what my samples looked like:
