My husband has his workshop there and works on our bikes – and a cyclocross bike sometimes comes home dirty. Winter tires are stored there as well (but they do come out again), skis, ski boots, etc. But, as I said, we have an outside staircase.

Yes, I would also find that interesting. As someone who bought a plot of land at the end of 2019 and will probably build in 2021 (at the latest), I would have to prepare a few packs of tissues right away if I read the prices.
