The black railing is really chic I don't want to clean it, but it looks great!

We also have glass - but if we had children, I would have thought twice about it (and probably decided against it):

Flaviker Rebel Emerald. Either it looks completely crappy or totally cool.

I also think the tiles are super cool – but whether I would tile a wall in the living area with them, I don’t know. Tiles in the stairwell, to me that has this rental apartment stairway vibe. And would this super beautiful railing still really stand out then? I’m definitely curious (and probably would have left the wall white and hung a large, modern painting).

We would have also liked glass, but I don't like cleaning very much, so we decided on wood:

The photo is from our house... At the moment we are not making as much progress as planned, since not everything can be delivered or installed, but I am happy about every step forward.

Today the floors in the children's rooms were poured (liquid cork) and the fireplace is already here:
