Apart from the fact that we didn't like the resulting restrictions (no deep-rooted plants, etc.) and also wouldn't have had enough space for it, the situation with him is that in spring his garden has snow or ground frost significantly longer than the neighboring plots. So you can already tell that heat is being extracted from the soil. That was one reason why we actually decided against geothermal energy. Now, with this concept, we were able to use geothermal energy again.
Since there are already several builders who have implemented the concept and all are enthusiastic about it, I no longer feel like a pioneer of a new concept
