Well, if I may tell you about ours. We have visually similar ones, or maybe the same, just in white. It shines upwards and downwards, the bulb is not replaceable. They were available at the local Toom hardware store.

The lamps: unfortunately, there is no exact designation on our invoice, only "Kubus LED." It was important to us that the beam angle is adjustable because we didn't want it to shine into the window from above. With these lamps, you can adjust it individually. I don't even know if they are replaceable – but if desired, I can gladly ask in the store.

We use the balcony quite a lot – because the terrace has no sun in the morning and also not in the evening. In summer, it's super pleasant, but in spring or autumn, when you want to have a coffee in the sun (or a glass of wine or enjoy the sundowner), we go to the balcony.

And to achieve the same privacy screen as now with the normal-height balcony railing on a 2m deep balcony, if the privacy screen were directly at the window, it would have meant a much higher privacy screen, or no floor-to-ceiling windows but windows with a sill height of about 1m. We didn't want that. Now we have the large window front, which makes it very bright, and at a distance of two meters from it, the balcony railing. Good privacy but the light can fall in floor-to-ceiling. That is more important to us than a lit basement room that is only used sporadically.

Originally it was planned to fill up downwards and build only a narrow skylight. During construction, we decided on the slope and the larger windows – so it's actually an unexpected goodie. And despite the balcony, surprisingly much light comes into the room, which we wouldn't have expected.

I have a question about the bay window seat? How wide is the seating surface?

By now I also know what kind of outdoor light we have: Helestra Siri L (15cm side length).

Something is happening here: the sauna is slowly taking shape! Inside it is already finished, the sauna stove is in place, now the glass door and the benches made of non-resinous wood are still missing (and therefore have to be specially ordered) and hopefully both will arrive before Christmas. We even have a fancy light that changes color!

Wow, great! I would also like to have a sauna, space is planned. May I ask what you have to pay for it in total? Feel free to PM me if you prefer. Thanks!
