It stands at the back in the ground. It came plastered from Reker on a truck. I got a bag of sealing slurry from the builder and applied it twice before the earth was placed against it. He says that's okay. It's just a garage, Karsten

But actually at least a dimpled membrane, the sealing slurry is thin, it can be mechanically damaged by stones in the earth etc.
That's where the advantage is with a thick coating, which is more flexible.

Insane how cleanly they work at your place. I was already a bit annoyed with us because the earthworks contractor had installed the gravel quite sloppily. Then the shell builder came, rummaged around inside for house connections & Co, and now it's no longer possible to see where gravel was (supposed to be) and where not... a total battlefield.

But the height difference to the neighbor is really significant. A lot of stupid things are regulated in the development plan, but something like that is allowed.
