The L stones for the terrace are currently being set up with us (on the left in the picture). I hope that the left side of the terrace will be done this afternoon. Then it will be backfilled and next week topsoil will be brought in, and then we can sow grass.

Our exhaust air was completed today. But somehow the ventilation doesn’t make any sense. When it rains, everything runs into our basement.

According to our plumbing company, there is no other option. We just can’t imagine that. Can’t it be done with a tower like with our supply air?

That is really an unfortunate solution. We did it like this at our place: we also installed a light well in front of the air outlet, which of course is connected downward to the drainage system.

Best regards

We have that too, but mold forms on the outer wall. In winter, the warm, humid exhaust air condenses. We are currently looking for a solution.

Today the sun came out again, so I covered our "pond". The maiden grass still looks a bit wretched, I hope it will get bushier. Maybe 2 more plants each?

Decorative gravel to cover the planting holes is also still missing. And a little fountain for the water basin.

I actually wanted to build the bench across the entire depth of the little walls, but somehow it looks too bulky. Currently, the beams are just placed on it. That will be postponed.
