How is the floor construction there? Don’t you have screed in the whole house?

Apparently only where there are tiles. There doesn’t need to be more under the floorboards.

Exactly... under the floorboards, screed was omitted. So all the pipes are exposed under the floorboards. Screed was applied in the tiled area.

not necessarily. But after a few years in a house (built in 1997, rented) with this construction, I definitely wouldn’t build it that way.

How is the floor construction built downwards?

Now it is plastered and gutters are installed. Also, the electrician has already made the groove and hole. Progress is being made. Karsten

This color deep red is even newly in Braas's program. They are beautiful. Fiery warm, blazing like love and not cool at all.....grin
