Be careful that with such a fast move-in everything is dry enough ... Friends installed the kitchen very quickly and then there was mold behind it because it wasn't dry enough

You lucky one. Our exposed concrete staircase was of course already installed during the shell construction and has been wrapped since delivery. We haven’t been able to see more than one side of it yet.

That's also our plan, but we are still skeptical because of the kids. It's basically a climbing aid; such a thing would be prohibited outside of single-family homes. We also have to equip a parapet upstairs, not just the stair railing.

How much does your railing cost per meter?

A cool staircase! Hopefully, it will look just like that in our place too! Only we decided on the glass railing (from floor to ceiling) plus a wooden handrail on the other side.

Is it a concrete staircase with a wooden covering on top or a finished staircase?
