Is it only counted at 50%?

As far as I know, each municipality can regulate itself what it evaluates and how. For us, it is 50, I need to check again. We did not know that it is an [Ökopflaster] when we chose it. It may also be cheaper to keep the existing pavement and then let a drain infiltrate if there is enough space on the property.

That's how it looks, there is no general regulation for that, the municipalities usually decide that themselves. Often something like that is set out in [Bebauungsplänen]. For example, in our case, permeable paving or eco-paving is prescribed for access paths, driveways, and parking spaces. But a "benefit" in the floor area ratio does not exist nonetheless.

We tiled the garage normally; no water comes up there.

But there were no puddles or anything like that on the driveway so far, and we have already had heavy rain and also snow...

...unfortunately, we pay for the entire area, even where grass will be laid... but I don't have to understand that... The unsealed area (grass) even costs more than the sealed area where the house stands. Are there such strange bills with you too???
