The roof truss construction looks very flimsy. Is that a prefab house provider like Heinz von Heiden? You often see such constructions from them.

No, the house is being built through individual contracts and the roof structure was constructed according to the specifications of the structural engineer and erected by the carpenter. The attic is not habitable, so that is fine.

That is a "Binderdach", everything completely normal, right? A roof construction with purlins & rafters naturally looks different.

Yes, that is a prefabricated binder roof truss from the roof truss manufacturer and assembled by the carpenter.
