So on Saturday the frost skirts were excavated and today the empty conduits were laid and the skirts were poured.

Thank you, yes it is a very manageable area which is nicely situated in a quiet location.

Our shell construction is now finished, and I finally have time to post a few pictures here
It will be a 2.5-story flat-roof house with a recessed top floor & rooftop terrace on top, plus a 6x9m double garage, without a basement. Living area about 240 sqm.
The recessed top floor was built as a timber frame structure for structural reasons and was erected last week, the rest is 36.5 Poroton T7 (perlite-filled).
From above you have a nice view, it is somewhat on a slope and almost at the highest point in the village.
The interior photo shows the open kitchen with dining room (36sqm), looking past the stairs at the living room. 5m window front on the right side, where soon a large sliding door will be installed.
And here is a somewhat older picture with a view from the back on the kitchen/dining room on the left and the living room on the right. Still with a crane and without the recessed top floor.
Very cool!
How did you manage that, alongside all the pitched roofs?

Hello Lobster,
We have windows that are 1.38m wide and they are double-leafed. I find it perfect, as otherwise a very large sash would be open into the room.

Ours are planned in 1.70m x 1.35m.
