Here you go. We bought it at Bodenfuchs24. The advice on the phone was really good. They even reserved the floor for us. It seems to be selling quite well at the moment because it is new and cheaper than its predecessor.

It continues.
The garage is plastered, next comes the roof (finally) and then the paint on the wall.
The landscape gardener is fit again. He cleaned up first and will start masonry work next week.
