Are you offended now?
(and here are the missing characters that have nothing to do with it)

A solid brick without air chambers, like the facing brick, provides zero insulation?

1. The insulation is of course behind the clinker brick. 2. I have and love clinker bricks, nobody needs to convince me of that. 3. I wanted to illustrate with the example that I do not plan my house design according to the neighbors' taste, but according to my own, of course. 4. a photo: garage roof greening, "sown" slats from 2 years ago and individual plants added later. It holds an incredibly large amount of water, it takes a long time before it trickles in the overflow during heavy rain...

Yes, but still the statement wasn’t entirely correct. After all, I can also insulate like crazy behind the plaster :p

Does clinker have no insulating effect?! We're not talking about "clinker slips" here!

I compare it like this: someone who installs a controlled residential ventilation system will always want a controlled residential ventilation system, it's the same with a clinker facade.

Overall, it also depends on the mass; we have ceramic clinker + air layer 8cm + 6cm insulation + red brick.
