For us, every wall was also absolutely accurate to 3 mm. We also calculated with a 6-8 cm buffer where it really mattered.

For us, a maximum deviation of 20mm in the dimensions was stipulated in the contract. It remained below one centimeter everywhere, as long as I measured accurately enough.

You want to save that when it’s worth it. In your example: probably not.
Our first offer was €16,700, with own contribution "chasing" saving = €1,500, with own contribution "chasing + pulling cables" saving = €3,000 flat rate.
For us it was worth it and was relatively easy to do.
