Plan stones are laid with adhesive for the bed joints and actually (then of course without such gaps) nothing at all for the head joints. Here, insulation mortar is probably called for. On the one hand, there is no adhesive for such thick joints, and on the other hand probably not in qualities that close thermal bridges.

Our bay window now also has its lighting, now the drywall installer can close the thing and plaster it

We are currently in the very final steps of the house planning (prefabricated house). We have the same layout upstairs as you. At the moment still with a "normal" window. We like your fixed glazing with bench so much that I want to quickly ask our project planner whether that is also feasible for us. It really looks amazing!

Do you possibly know if your version (fixed glazing, window seat) is much more expensive than a normal window (tilt and turn, fixed at the bottom)?

And in general, does anyone know if there are any issues with the building permit? In the end, everything stays the same at first, just a different window is installed...

So on the one hand, the fixed-glass window is cheaper for us than one that can be opened, on the other hand, the construction of the seat window (i.e., pulling the entire reveal 60cm out and using thick beams so that up to 4 people could sit on it) cost us about 800 EUR.

For fixed glazing on the upper floor, the question arises for me how the window is cleaned from the outside?

Fixed glazing on the upper floor can only be cleaned from the outside, right!
