Although the bricklaying was actually supposed to start tomorrow, they already began today... the guys were pretty quick. The neighbor sent a picture at 9:30 AM showing that something was happening (but nothing visible yet). Shortly after 3 PM, another picture arrived... see here:

Are those 17.5 cm bricks, or do they just look like that and are actually 24 cm bricks? They are definitely not 36 cm! Is something going on top of that?

yes, it is 17.5 and there will be an ETICS added. In total 34.5cm
