: Nice house. Unlike , I would also accept the Indian dressing room (beyond the Ganges) for the forest view.
Own experience with forest view from the sleeping area: Since our windows to the forest are not obscured by shutters, curtains, or drapes and are positioned so that you can simply look out while lying down, many different birds and sometimes deer can be seen directly from the bed. We tend to get up more with the light anyway rather than at fixed times.

Unfortunately, I can only tell you once I have the invoice. We chose some at the local tile specialty store, checked if they were still affordable, and then had them delivered. But I think was right with the guess "Is that the Verde1999 Lava in Nero?" Here are already the two bathrooms that were just tiled. I really like it ;) It looks exactly as I imagined.

Did you pay attention to the laying direction? The cement haze can still be somewhat misleading.

They are very beautiful. We are currently considering taking the cream-colored version in tumbled for the kitchen instead of natural stone. But actually, I would prefer a 30 x 30 format there. We were strongly advised against the black ones for the bathrooms with hard water. Many customers have already complained about that. However, we are thinking about installing a desalination system for all the house water, then the dark gray ones might go into the bathroom.

Thanks, I think so too.

We have, I believe, moderately hard water with just under 10 °dH total hardness. According to the tile specialist store, the lime scale problem should be manageable here.

It really looks great. Thanks for the info about the brand. Unfortunately, I can't find a dealer who has the tiles, but I'll manage to track one down somehow :-) What did you pay per m² for the 60x60????
