I also wanted to lay wood-look tiles in the bathroom at first, but then I had to think of the 70s tiles and decided to go for something more timeless. This wood tile look is probably just a fashion trend right now, one that people will turn their noses up at in 20-30 years :D

Everything will look outdated in 15 years. And creepy in 20 years. Even what seems timeless. Fashion will take care of that. And I confess: wood-look tiles are for me the third most awful flooring material. At best, beech laminate or PVC in a rustic tile look are worse.
