Thank you Uhhhm... Good question. Behind the garage in the garden, there is still a small part of the same paving. But otherwise, not much is sealed all around. I would actually have to look into the documents...

Nice house! What kind of wood cladding is that? What does the maintenance look like?

The wood cladding is Dura Sidings, supposedly it never needs maintenance again. The wood is treated and that is supposed to be enough. We completed the shown area in spring, it still actually looks like new. But there is hardly any sunlight.
In other places there is more sunlight, so the wood does develop some patina there.

Thank you We are also super satisfied with it. The whole thing was swept with fine gravel. Here is a view from a bit further away. The efflorescence is gone by now, it washed away.

I really like the paving stones! Would you mind sharing what they are called and where they can be obtained? On our wooden facade, we also install Dura Sidings in lava gray and I think the stones would match perfectly.

It is slowly getting finished, and the networking of the individual components is gradually working. But it is definitely very advantageous to first check which manufacturers work together with Loxone.

I really like the cobblestones very much! Do you want to reveal what they are called and where they can be obtained? We are also installing Dura Sidings in lava gray on our wooden facade and I think the stones fit perfectly with it.

The Dura Sidings facade is also lava gray. The color looks a bit strange in the photos... The cobblestones are Redsun Tumbelton.

But it is definitely very advantageous to check beforehand which manufacturers work with Loxone.

I would be interested to know what is controlled via Loxone? Since this apparently concerns a semi-detached house: are 2 Miniservers used here?
