Ah. I like it! Is the roof going to be expanded too? Or is it just a reserve for now? What kind of huge fridge do you have in the kitchen? Are the pigs probably going in there whole? Oh, no bathtub. I couldn't manage that. But my husband has only used our bathtub once in 3 years. I have to look again for the window slant in the photos...

The refrigerator is a normal silver Bosch tall refrigerator. (Die Möbel und so hat der BU reingemalt, unsere sind anders, aber in der Küche kommt der Bosch da hin). Upstairs is "Keller," which will never be developed; instead, everything goes there that others keep in their basements: suitcases, garden furniture in winter, junk. Neither of us needs a bathtub. If we bathe, we go to the beach, only 10 minutes on foot.- It is certainly a very conservative floor plan for this forum without an open design. But we have always lived like this and don’t want it any other way now. Wall spaces and wall surfaces are important to us. We have a few paintings, originals by noname street artists, which we still like; we have Vertigos in old oak with glass doors, we have an Ikea bookcase, etc. And I need a workspace/office in the house for work, accessible from the hallway, since people come to see me there occasionally. Yesterday, the emergency sealing of the flat roof was finally finally finally done, after it rained in everywhere again on Friday because the roofer simply didn't come for weeks... :/

The rain last night was the first time the house stayed dry!

The rough electrical installation is now finally done as well; on Monday, only the cable bundle needs to be pulled through the shaft under the floor slab into the technical room.

The underfloor heating + screed will now be done before plastering because we want to make the baseboards flush with the plaster.
That will start on Monday, simultaneously with the exterior plaster.

Since we are going away for a few days today, we will see the house with exterior plaster for the first time at the end of next week, very excited:

Pinselputz is nothing other than not scraping off the plaster but working on it with a brush, quast in the still slightly dry stage. Some practice is required.

D.And I need a workplace/office in the house for official purposes, accessible from the hallway, since people occasionally come to me. Karsten
