Immediately paving is not always advisable. If, as in our case, a lot needs to be filled in, it is better to wait until everything settles.

Hey! Google "der vergessene Anschluss," a post by H. Wetzel. If everything is done that way by your uncle - perfect!

If you mean a general contractor (GC), you probably wouldn’t really want to know: those who even have this in their program are typically significantly expensive (most avoid such elaborate matters and focus on quick bricklaying). If you really mean developers: I haven’t heard yet that anything beyond "turnkey" is offered and "blooming." The lawn in the animation drawing comes from the photo before the excavation of the building pit.

11ant.

Where can your property be seen???
You are practically the consultant here, so you will probably make your property available, right!?

I don’t know how many readers fall over laughing at that sentence. Although I have a technically advisory profession, here I am just a private opinion-giver like many others. And by the way (also like several others here) still without my own house (and even property – but I also wouldn’t be the type for the current offers Weinberg / Bahndamm / Handtuch / Posemuckel / Witzkniestock).

Basically nowhere at all, so you would have been better off asking me this question in one of your threads rather than here among the house pictures. But if you read my posts carefully, you should actually be able to draw "my" house from memory.

You could start a "how I imagine 11ants’ house" picture thread. Whether anyone would be interested, I don’t know, but that would certainly be funny.

Haha, we should definitely do that! The house will definitely get some proper 11ant ears. They've been missing all this time.
