Nobody here wants to read that or implement it in their construction or house building project :(

I have always thought that a plot of land should be at least 500-600 sqm for a little garden to even be possible.

Now the outdoor facilities are mostly completed, and really everyone who passes by talks to us, saying they have partly watched the construction from the beginning because they could hardly believe that "a house fits on this small plot."

Our 389 sqm have taught us and many others otherwise.

We are infinitely relieved and grateful that our expectations were exceeded.

Wait and see

Now comes the grill, then the pool, before that the climbing tower. After that a raised bed and the garden is full.

How big is the terrace? 3x4m

I don’t know if you want to discourage us, but if so, that won’t work :)

The area in the picture is just under 165 sqm. There’s definitely room for quite a bit more, if desired.

For a climbing tower, ours is already too big ;)

The terrace is 4m x 5.5m.

And the corner from which the picture was taken even has a 3x3m rounded seating area :D

I definitely want to confirm that.. Our previous plot was 290 sqm! The size doesn't have to be intimidating. Our terraced middle house stood on it and we had a wonderful garden and front garden with large trees. I found it generous..

Looks great, just let others talk (write)... One question about the terrace: What size are the slabs and how did you lay them (exactly what kind of subsoil)? Thanks.
