Done.
This morning was the final inspection and handover of the final invoice. Cash count. The entire house has now cost us 266,990 euros including construction electricity, construction water, all connections, all earthworks etc. pp including kitchen and complete lighting inside and outside, surveying, official fees. Only the invoice from the garden landscaper is still outstanding. Otherwise everything is paid.
When I moved in here in winter, almost everyone said in unison, this won’t work. But it does. At least it works here. And we have a beautiful plot, a partial lake view of Kiel Bay. Plus a nice warm friendly small single-storey house. Karsten

Nordlys Congratulations on your own house. You made it. Although we do not build within your size range, I think it's good that you show where there is potential for savings that doesn't hurt.
